This was one of my first designs for an improved site plan. It maximized the size of the field but left the gym and ball courts squished into one corner of the site. It might have worked, but in the end there was something about this design that I just didn't like.

I think it is productive to be critical of your designs; however, offer ways that you would improve it instead of just saying that you didn't like it.
