Summary

I have decided to use my outdoor seating plan in order to optimize the Cafeteria space. This also relieves congestion within the seating area. The variety of seating is also changed because now students are allowed to sit outside and perhaps a get quieter eating experience.
Also I have decided to use my congestion relief plan. This will allow students to move through the serving area faster by removing the walls and adding another checkout area.
