You are doing an excellent job of staging the presentation by providing first the empty deck or raised eating area from one perspective angle and then adding additional details (fence, furniture, etc.) from another angle. Make sure to always take full advantage of your CAD model like this.
The fence between the seating area and road provides a nice buffer, as well as having it raised. The next step could be to consider whether any shading of the outdoor eating area would be desired, and whether you want to achieve that through canopies, trees, or other means.
