Summary

As a team here at BASED ASS., it is important to make sure communication is strong between the departments. When the blueprints were created, all drafts were created simultaneously so that a consistent floor-plan was designed. Another important aspect is the fact that no one was slaking off and all members of the group made sure their on top of everything. Our group made sure to put our brains together in order to solve problems. Whenever there was confusion about a design we always communicated to each other. That way there was unit cohesion as well as quick problem solving. Also having teachers there to help us with any problem we had and walk through to the solution. Another way we worked past problems is we established a group leader that can contact any one of us when another group member wasn't doing their part. We made sure that we knew the task at hand so that we knew how to deal with any problems or how we should go about solving them. For the most part we had everything under control and with our past experiences as a team we knew what to expect out of each other to get the job done.
