Terrific initial sketch. One of the best things about a model such as this is that you can very easily post multiple views, including a non-perspective plan to help convey your ideas.
Are any of your spaces existing or is it all new? If some are existing it would be great if you could illustrate the difference graphically, perhaps with a different color for the walls. If is all new, it would be helpful to quickly do a plan of the existing so that the improvements with the new are more legible.

The whole library is new, we decided to add on rooms and make the rooms different sizes. Of course we will add on a sketch of the existing library.

This is a very good sketch. It looks a little cramped to me though. Consider spacing it out a bit more.

Well all the rooms that we have are the required rooms for this project. We probably will be having 2 entrances, were still working on where we could put the second one. Its not cramped after you design and put color to it.

A couple of things that are always helpful to create architectural drawings that are easily understood. Adding a north arrow will inform your readers where the spaces are relative to daylight. Dropping in a human figure from sketchup will assist them in understanding the scale of the spaces and rooms. These simple elements can make a tremendous difference in the success of your drawings.

Thank you for providing some detail about the interior of your library. Will the open space be large enough to accommodate a class or two of students? You also have many grand ideas (from your pictures) that you would like to implement regarding the exterior of the building. If the whole library is new, where will it be located on campus? If your plan is to use some of the existing library, how will the exterior and entrances change?
I look forward to the changes you make in your design plan.
