Here is an up close snapshot of the first floor of our final design. Much of this current design is different than the original design we developed. You can see the flooring is recycled wood as well as the tables and bookshelves. Our aquarium will be situated around the rim of the elevator and the bathrooms have been "installed". Our walls have been painted with eco-friendly paint that are our school's colors (scarlet red and columbia blue). We kept our dual-entrance idea from our original design, however, we relocated them on the sides of the library (as you can see the entrances on the right and left sides of the building).

It would be great to see some views from inside the space (eye level). Right now, you're showing us a lot of views from above. That's great for getting a general sense of the plans, but eye level is much more descriptive since it mimics actually being in the space. In Sketchup, if you place the camera directly on the floor, it should automatically place the viewing level at around 5'-6". A field of view of around 60-70 degrees (field of view settings in Sketchup) would be ideal once you get your camera set up.

Jon,
We will be getting you those eye-level snapshots as soon as we finish inserting our furniture. We have experience a minor setback with Sketchup as well, but once we get all of those ironed out, we will be posting those pictures.
