This is a presentaion room on the second floor. This room contains a projector and a screen in front of the room, a printer, and a small storage closet.

Meeting room is good idea. But this appears to be more like a "presentation" or viewing room. Meeting rooms usually are accommodating people that need tables and closer areas of direct communication and contact.

Great progress. Agree with the comment about the furniture for the meeting rooms, however I think you are illustrating an option for presentations. The furniture has been thoughtfully placed and provides a means to evaluate the scale of the room.
The colors and flooring material are very impressive and in keeping with your overall design.
