This is another sketch that I drew. The left side is showing how hot lunch is served. I like the simplicity of the system, but the problem is that the placement of the coolers, food servers, and cashiers cause confusion as to how the line should flow; also, the lines usually become very long because only one person is serving each hot lunch. On the right, is the system for the snack bar and sandwich station. The idea of having more selection for students is good, but it is poorly executed . This area becomes very crowded and chaotic.
