Another common issue I discovered while talking to coaches was the availability of the weight room. The same teams are reserving the weight room and there is really only room for 1 team at a time. An expansion to this area (and diversification of equipment for that matter) of the athletic pavilion would greatly benefit athletes and programs as a whole.
