Using http://clvplaces.appspot.com/apps/clvhousedemog/index.html, I found the median ages of people near the my site. (Median measures average better than mean, in this case, because of extremes, such as a newborn baby, which ruins the accuracy of the mean) I found that people in the area are about 30 years old and up. So my park will appeal to adults, those who probably just want a place to relax in the shade.
