There are multiple law and order buildings in the area, inspiring me to make the statue something that represents that. Themis, the greek god of order, stands holding the scales of justice, insuring it is found. Statues of Themis are popular, and to the greeks, she was seen as divine law. A statue of Themis belongs in the center of my park.

I'm glad you included this step. I was just going to write and ask what would inspire your need for sculpture in your pocket park. Pulling inspiration from surrounding buildings is a great idea.
