This is a street view of the Garces site from the intersection. One of the nice details about this site is that there is a brick sidewalk apron and brick-inlay crosswalks. this adds a little more charm to the site itself and it would also be a good idea to somehow try to incorporate something similar into the design of the park should I use this site. there are also several preexisting trees on this site that could be either left there or removed. Some of the trees are not in the best condition, but there is one or two trees that are still in relatively healthy condition.
