This is the final arrangement of my tables. Some have the surrounding planters around them, but others do not. I think it is a good way to provide some privacy to those who want it, like people who would want to get work done. I thought it was better to have options between how much open space the visitors would like, therefore, I left some tables without the planters in order to keep open space.

Wont the planters surrounding the tables create a cramped feeling in an already small space to work with?

The addition of green space and planters are a nice idea, but it probably would have been better to only use the planters on one side of the seating to allow more access to the tables as well as a less crowded feel.

I really like the idea of using the planters to allow people who want some privacy to get it in the park, and it can also allow students in the area to have a place to study that is near their school.
