With the rebirth of downtown Las Vegas, this new plan to help reestablish downtown, the Centennial Plan sets forth the aspect of downtown more and more urban-like with few vehicle transportation that residents are recommended to travel by foot and those that live elsewhere and go to downtown are recommended to park their car and travel by foot around downtown. With the pedestrians at an advantage, the plan will link paths so that there are friendlier routes to get around the building and for reachability.
