Here is a better view of the "living wall", with people for scale. With this view you can see the seating layout with the four quadrants. With the living wall, the initial cost might be a bit daunting, but the rewards of establishing something that encourages community participation such as a living wall outweigh the cost.

The material you're using for the floor is weird. I would recommend using an actual grass texture. Because although you can tell that you meant for it to be grass it looks just like a green flooring material covering the floor. Or maybe it was meant to be green floor, I don't know.
