Alana Paz Park
05/22/15
This is a rendering of the main square of the park from Revit. The main square is the main area where people will enter due to the main entrance leading to this particular area. Like I had said in my overview, I want the park to have more secluded areas that can bring the tranquility to each individual and lead them to relax or concentrate on the activities they do. In the main square, there are attached seating and shading structures and a patch of grass for individuals to sit or lay down on. Decorative walls are also place to separate the area, give shading, and give the park more personality then a regular park with playgrounds. This area makes the park more passive than active for area due to the surrounding businesses.

What should I upload in the Final Design step?
- final hand or digital renderings
- images of your finished physical model
- or your finished digital model
You can even include links to a YouTube or Vimeo of a digital walk-through like this one: https://youtu.be/ncaVQ2V6XXU
Adaptive Reuse
Architects often find creative ways to reuse old structures that are no longer in use. Check out how old rail lines were adapted to create New York's High Line and Chicago's 606.
Comments
I really like the idea you presented with your park. I can see how the park's concept allows it to effectively bring a more personal space.
I like the final design of the project. It's simple and cute!
