Looking at my park as a whole, I have accomplished everything I wanted to from the get go. The top left has a nice shade structure for year round visit, the bottom left has a place for thriving foliage that fits the weather for Las Vegas, the top and bottom right is a play area for kids to run around, and last but not least, the pond that wraps everything together.

Adaptive Reuse

The layout and design is truly amazing. This park like Las Vegas is one of a kind. From its gazebo to the pond this parks speaks to out the families of the general area. It provides adequate shading and walkways. Plus there is an abundance of seating benches. And with that kicking park sign and decorative tree ring this really is "one of a kind". Is to some it up your park is creative, unique, and amazing. Good Job!

I really like the layout of your whole park. It really works for the site. Not sure why the park is called Pelican Park but that is irrelevant.

This is a great layout, though I think that there should be more shading structures in the areas that allow patrons to sit down.
