This is the lot that I have chosen to create my pocket park. this lot is in between 2 houses and it looks like the soil is very good since the grass is in good conditions. This could help me out in case i decide to keep some green areas in the future. I also see that there is no trees in the middle of the lot which means it gives me the opportunity to start my design from scratch.
