As you can see in this view of the lot, its between two houses, which makes it easier to get to since kids wont have to cross any streets if the live in the same block. Also by having it between two houses makes it safe because people living next to the park can report any issues when they see something going on. This gives more confidence to parents worried about their kids going to the park alone.
