My lot is also in a good location because I would have a church around the corner. The pocket park could be used for any events that the church might want to have, or people could simply go there after church. In addition to church, we also have an elementary school across the street that doesn't have any kind of playground for kids. the pocket park could also be used my students who may want to have some fun. this lot's locations is very efficient.
