This is great- you are starting to leverage the strength of plan and perspective together to tell a rich and more robust story. Details need to be done orthographically while exteriors and interiors are easiest to understand when done in perspective. Watch out- your perspectives are distorted more than they should be- you might want to sketch with an underlay that contains a horizon line and vanishing point. Still this is a very nice sketch.
