This photo shows the south end of our school and the roof of our existing lunchroom. As you can see, many windows face this area of the school. The large chimney, gravel roof, and constant brick remind students of the tough hardworking stages of the industrial age. In order to contrast this depressing site, a design goal is to find a way to convert this site into a more functional state while also making it more attractive to the students.
