What should I upload in this Develop Solutions step?
Consider uploading images (JPG, GIF) of your rough digital model. It's ok if your model is still a work in progress. Show an axonometric or perspective view with people, which will help others understand the scale of your library.

This sketch is great. It's detailed yet easy to take in and it's very descriptive of a particular issue. I'd still suggest some call-outs to help the jury and others understand the issues you are trying to resolve.
I am very intrigued by the unique quiet area that you have designed, but I am not clear as to what inspired the idea or how it exactly functions. For example, since earlier you did not state the challenges or problems your design is solving, I might be missing if this room is addressing a specific concern that you had observed. The seating facing the wall seems anti-social where as the round table in the middle the opposite. How do you envision the room being used?
