What are the issues with this current front and the space not being used? Explain more

This does look a bit like the Mie's Crowne Hall!

Marcus Millan (Director of Sustainability and Energy)
Looking at the cafeteria as it is now, you can see that the whole face of it is mostly glass and not very Eco-friendly. The glass we will be using will be low E2-E3 vinyl windows. Which are so thin that you can see right through them yet they prevent heat and ultra-violet (UV) rays from passing through the glass.

There is all this empty space in the front, that can be used to by students if it had more seating are and grass with trees, that would also benefit the environment as well.

Millie Flores- Director of Exterior Design
in addition to the energy-efficient insulating windows that will be placed in the fron of the cafeteria, a balcony will also be allocated on the second floor, to provide accessibility to a patio dining experience, shade below it on the first floor for loitering, and an aesthetic appeal.
