Great sketches!

Do you know what direction these windows face? If you haven't already, think about less intrusive shading solutions for these windows. Uncovering them is the easy solution, but depending on which direction they face, that might mean introducing more unwanted solar heat into the library. Providing louvers would be a good solution, but you would have to design them based on the path of the sun. The photographs of this space are very helpful! One of the best ways to illustrate and analyze a problem is to sketch out the existing floor plan on paper. This might make you see things you hadn't realized existed before!

Start thinking about some unique ways to provide storage! Don't forget to leave some room for future growth!

Interesting, very interesting... the elevator seems ot be a very importatn element to your overall interior building design. consider spending brainstorm time on enhancing expanding connecting to other elements of the design. For example you have cylindrical tables and a cylindrical elevator.

The dual entrance is an interesting idea and will allow for public access. Make sure you address how to close access to the rest of the school during non school hours and how to keep the public out of the school during the school day. I looking forward to seeing more development of your "green ideas" beyond having windows that open.
