I really liked the thoughtfulness about the actual site and assessment of existing vegetation and surrounding community

In earlier comments you made decisions based on the existing site, including the idea that you would design around two existing trees -- but I am not seeing them in the final renderings - or maybe you're not discussing them in your captions?

I appreciate your thoughtfulness about the existing trees and how to use them as an anchor for the park design.

Well the deck would certainly serve as a great place for the nearby workers to come and get away. Great idea! And the fact that part of what they would be seeing up there would be all of the trees you put around, so great planning! =]

I really like your idea of "New Vegas". The upper deck is definitely an interesting and great touch to the park because you do not normally see this in parks. The abundant amount of vegetation in the park is also a great touch! Overall, amazing looking park!

The deck idea and concept of the park is interesting, but should lower the roof height and add more shade around the track. Also should have defined what the building structure is.

I like the concept of this park. It is very spacious and allows for many people to gather around the open field of grass or the top deck of your structure. One thing I would like to see is the interior of this structure, by including that we could all see how this structure adds more to the park besides the deck it offers on its roof.

I enjoy the general layout of the park, especially the deck. It's a fantastic idea to get an overview of the surrounding area, and is a place to relax and get fresh air as well. In addition, one can go inside if the weather gets to be too much. Great job!
