Is this structure unfinished or intentionally designed this way? I think your assumption could be correct, but it's always good to evaluate these kinds of details in the context of the overall design. My guess is that there are probably other elements that mimic this "unfinished" look.

The landscaping could be considered xeriscape - which is a fancy word for landscapes that use very little water. I like that you're considering the importance of the landscape design relative to the architecture. They should work in concert to create the overall experience. A sense of place is critical for any building, and how it interacts with the landscape is a big part of that.

Nice photos! Would be great to label them so the reviewer can get a better idea of what direction you're viewing the building from. Makes it easier to orient relative to the map/aerial photos.

A very nice and thorough evaluation of weather impact. Given the relatively intense sun exposure, would you consider covering the tennis/basketball/volleyball courts in some way to promote year-round use?

I like that you took a practical approach to this project by keeping the current site relatively the same. I wouldn't let that constrain your thinking though. It would be interesting to explore the relationships between these spaces to better understand how the overall traffic and usability between them could be improved. It seems as though the basketball/tennis area is a bit alienated. Separating the facilities by green space is nice, but there might be opportunities to optimize the overall site if you considered moving the facilities closer together.

The final design is nicely rendered. In order to prove the design solution was realized, I would suggest that the images be chosen to address the various strong ideas previously suggested. All in all a nice project.

A very logical process was used to develop the design. It would be nice to see a more well rounded approach to the presentation of the ideas. Something more consistent with the previous stages.

This is a good well rounded set of images to illustrate your ideas (inside, outside, sustainable).
