Summary

After constructing a mock representation of our library using Revit Architecture, I began to create the massing of my planned additions on top of the existing library. This helped me better place and orient the additions to maximize sun shade and limit direct sun exposure. In my early steps I was also able to experiment on the aesthetics of the additions, such as the materials and shapes.
