While this is obviously an extreme example, the idea of this gym is what I would like to employ for my athletic pavilion. The fans enter from above, meaning that they have their own level with their own restrooms and concessions while the athletes exit at court level on to their own level away from the fans with locker rooms and the training room and such. Additionally, unlike the current basketball courts at Lincoln East, this court clearly shows which school it belongs to and is very aesthetically pleasing. Moreover, the fact that there is a railing at the bottom of the bleachers separating them from the court and the benches is a clear step up from Lincoln East's current situation of the bleachers running all the way down to court level and the lowest bleacher having to be used as the bench.
