EAST/NORTH PERSPECTIVES OF THE PROPOSED SITE - The current plot of land is barren with nothing but a radio tower. Despite being in a busy residential area, it has not been developed yet. Therefore, proposing a pocket park on this site is completely appropriate. In addition, the nearest parks are 15 minutes away in both directions which means this neighborhood lacks greenery and a public space for social recreation and entertainment.
