Pendulum Park
05/20/15
This is an aerial view of the park, which gives you a good view of all the major components of park. It shows you the seating area from a different perspective. I made sure that there was a lot of area to sit in because one of the most annoying things is when a big group of people arrive at the park and occupy all the seating so you do not get any space. It also gives you a good view of the bicycle racks and the dog park in relation to the big open grass area that is for kids. You can also catch a glimpse of the bathrooms in the back of the park next to the first playground but still not too far from the seating area where people might go for a picnic.

You can even include links to a YouTube or Vimeo of a digital walk-through like this one: https://youtu.be/ncaVQ2V6XXU
Adaptive Reuse
Architects often find creative ways to reuse old structures that are no longer in use. Check out how old rail lines were adapted to create New York's High Line and Chicago's 606.
Comments
Lots of green space. I think you should try to incorporate more shade structures in the park for the grass area. People should have the option of choosin to sit on the grass and still get shade.
