A sketch showing how people will enter and exit the new addition. One solution I came up with was to create a second floor entry to the lunchroom to divert traffic from the first floor. I would have to relocate the existing computer lab on the second floor to another room possibly the Academic center's lunchroom located on the first floor. Another solution to divert traffic was to include a stairwell leading from the lunchroom corridor up into the second floor so that students leaving the lunchroom will be able to have two exit routes - which could save them valuable time getting to classes.
