For a water feature, we wanted to include an aquarium based system that would situate itself around the study room walls, as well as the open spaces we had throughout the renovated open spaces. This would be a great portion to provide to the students to lower stress levels and to provide a suitable, calming environment to work in.

This is a fun idea! Perhaps look into ways to make it greener, as aquariums use a lot of energy and require a lot of maintenance. Perhaps, some sort of closed loop system - check out this example: ww.inkabio.com/ed_suncurve.html

Thank you for giving the link of an example as that was very interesting! We'll do research on green aquariums so we can lower the energy cost and maintenance needed.

I agree with Joey! This idea is quite interesting and we would love to see it in the diorama! However it seems that this would be using an extreme amount of water. A recommendation to make this more eco-friendly is to make it smaller in conjunction with Joey's "green" techniques. We can't wait to see this idea come to life! -Ryan Kwong from Dynamic Associates

This is a really awesome idea. I do think that maybe the scale of the aquarium should be made smaller to lesser the amount of maintenance that is needed.

the aquarium is an amazing idea! as was said earlier, "go green" tanks would help with money cost and the environment. It would be a good idea to have double-pane glass because if the glass cracks that would be a disaster. Also, for the maintenance who would clean it? a Janitor? Or would someone have to be hired for the sole purpose of cleaning and maintaining the tank?- Asheeka Henderson EIS
