This is another example of the gardens we wanted to implement. The walkways are to be surrounded by plants. However, the walkways are to be widened in order to have enough room for benches.

Its hard to tell in the drawing if the letters are flat or not. I think adding some dimension would help this elevation. Are there parts of the letters that can pop out to provide seating for break out space. Is the blue representative of windows that you can see into the library?
Actually that entire wall including the blue spaces are to be the aquarium we are installing. The letters popping out might not be an option considering the aquarium but if we did incorporate that idea that then the bottom part of the L and the lines of the M would be the best shot at providing break out space.
Looking good. I would suggest trying to line up the walls of the smaller support spaces whenever possible - it will help the plan read better and define the spaces.

Seems good so far, but a more detailed sketch up model would be better.
Tracee Brooks, EIS-- Looks really good. However, I do agree it needs to be a bit more detailed. Add some color, a mural, something to make it pop and attract students.
