Newest version of the exterior front view. The team used solar glass windows. The glass used to outline ML will be colorful stained glass to add an artistic look to the school while adding different shades of light to the inside of the cafeteria which will make students feel a sense of delight. Currently, the landscaping that is visible in the image above is three pine trees with a column of bushes intervene with flowers between the entrance doors. In the image, one gazebos is visible, the team will have at least two for the students and community to use.

This is the outside landscaping and on the roof top. So far we have few trees in front of the cafeteria and some bushes between the doors and on the roof top we have a gazebo.

Wow! has thsi come a long way. Your exploration of natural lighting in different shades and color is interesting. With regards to stainded glass make sure the pattern color etc fits with the style of building your are creating. FLW would be happy aobut the stained glass.

Thank you, the team will be sure to make the colors balance in with the cafeteria. Dynamic Designs was very inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture and wanted our cafeteria to be unique as his works were.

Jed Hughes-DAA, What type of landscaping feature are you going to have on your roof?

Director of Interior Design- Rimma Sadyrova
Progress is very good. I love the idea of the Mira Loma initials in stained glass, very creative. The only concern are the windows, would they allow a lot of heat into cafeteria?

Rebecca Knox - Urbanfusion

I love your design so far, but my main concern is ow you will be able to easily maintain a full sheet of glass. Many modern buildings today use a full wall of glass, but they are extremely difficult to maintain and do not offer much insulation.

Having the windows being solar is a huge benefit though.

It looks good, the simplistic design is charming, and like the way the glass looks for the ML, like a church like design, but whats with the fountain.

Melissa Gonzalez-Director of exterior design
I really liked the way your team decided to incorporate a gazebo on top of the building and especially the whole idea of the stain glassed windows.

The stained glass idea is really cool. While researching "solar glass" windows I was only able to come across a website that sells windows, skylights, etc. Do these solar glass windows actually help with energy consumption and sustainability or are you naming a brand?

TO: Director of Interior Design- Rimma Sadyrova
Yes, the solar windows block out the harmful UV rays from coming into the building.

TO: Cheyenne Garcia - Director of Energy and Sustainability
Solar window glass is a type of "spray on" chemical that allows the glass to be see-through but also makes use of the energy of natural sunlight and artificial sources such as fluorescent and LED lighting.

I like the creativity you guys put into the layout especially how the glass looks for ML. Are there more uploads to see more angles of the design?

To Jay- Gold Team
In a couple of days on the final design tab we will have final sketch up photos.

Great design! How will the plants get watered?

To Micheal Dodge- Architect 7.
Thank you! We will have students or staff members water the plants.

Great work, I like how you turned the roof into an area where students can sit and enjoy themselves!

The exterior designs looks great, very artistic! But what about more images of the interior? Those seem to be lacking, but other than that great job. I like how clear your inspirations are and how well explained they are.

The outside looks amazing! It really makes you want to go inside and see what else it has. I really like the use of different types of glass all in one product. With as good as it looks on the building, is your landscape going to continue to expand and compliment the building?

Since your roof has been transformed into a patio, how do you plan to manage the drainage system? Have you ome up with any methods that would effectively drain the water out of the roof to prevent floods and ceiling damage? One very aesthetically pleasing element of this building are the stained glass "ML" letters. Very nice!
