Summary

The first step towards developing my design was to use my bubble diagram to create a floor plan. This would also help me develop a solution to the flooding problem in the area. I created two solutions: an elevated entry path and an underground cistern. With my concept, sketches, and floor plan, I began working on a rough model to help me understand the shapes I want to create before designing the digital rendering. I employed my ideas in the model to confirm their practicality. My next and final step will be to choose materials and bring my ideas to life with a digital rendering.
