South (Front) Exterior Facade of Gym - This image shows the simplicity of the gym's currnet building materials, namely the dull grey concrete and awkwardly shaped painted steel "shade structure" above the entrance, neither of which add any visual interest to the structure. The black wall above the main entrance actually consists of primed concrete panels that were never painted the same tan color as the rest of the school due to budgetary issues, thus posing a significant barrier to continuity with the main building. Ultimately, the exterior of the gym is in no way inviting to students and does not attract nearly as much attention as a renovated athletic pavilion would.
