These are some preliminary sketches inspired by my idea board. I noted the texture of a bark and thought of an interesting idea for a wall in my building. I also thought of the shadow created by a bent leaf, which lead me to the idea of two overlapping, bending leaves. The cantilever produces an interesting shape and shadow. Finally, I looked at the "scales" on the leaf, which would be interesting to explore for a curtain wall.
