Here you can see a more birds-eye sketch with the very transparent roof of the main court and the continuation of the diamond pattern in the awning of the middle school side entrance. My ideas for the staircases on the northern side are also apparent. In the middle is of course, the main structural element in the large curving "lid" above the roof. I also drew in some arches on the roof that can become hangout spaces and come together with the "lid" to complete the eye motif. I have also included a large awning that connects with the "lid" structurally on the upper school side. This idea was first recorded in the rough chalkboard sketch in the Brainstorming Ideas section.
