These are 2 overhead satellite shots of the lot. The markers indicate where the specific audiences are located (schools, retirement home, apartments, neighborhoods etc.) Analyzing each lot this way helped to point me in the right direction into narrowing it down and really settling on which plot of land I would ultimately create my design upon.

It's great to think about adjacencies like this. Is your site the orange dot or is that another park? It would be helpful to see more of a close up shot of the park, so that we could understand access to roads, existing trees, structures, etc. That would also help me get a sense of how large it is.
