From this article, I learned exactly what the community is looking for in a park. They mention want a few smaller local parks that are within walking distance to take their kids to after school. This lot would be ideal because it is situated between 2 schools. Because we can assume that this poll only covers a population of parents and older citizens, while this was a great starting place, I knew that I would have to continue to poll a few more people in order get a better idea of what the population (that this park will cater to) would like to see the lot become.
