This area is known as the "pond area". Creative name, right? Well, in this area we have a bridge that leads to a sort of mini island with a bench. This area is an extension of the "tranquil area" because it is meant to sooth a person. It was made specifically for the elderly people that would occasionally come for a stroll. Plus, its also a very romantic looking spot where young adults, which make about 30% of the communities population, can have a date or maybe even propose.

I really like the pond you have. The only thing I caution you is to make sure that you are thinking about the impact it will have in the environment. Like what if random ducks come in and overpopulated your park. Also, I don't know how low maintance a pond is for a desert park. Don't change it, just explain it more please.
