This is a wonderful example project. This dome is interesting in that people are able to walk up a ramp on the inside of the dome and that it looks down through glass into the lower levels of the building. If you use something similar for the library how would it affect the library layout?

The whole library is new, we decided to add on rooms and make the rooms different sizes. Of course we will add on a sketch of the existing library.

Terrific initial sketch. One of the best things about a model such as this is that you can very easily post multiple views, including a non-perspective plan to help convey your ideas.

Are any of your spaces existing or is it all new? If some are existing it would be great if you could illustrate the difference graphically, perhaps with a different color for the walls. If is all new, it would be helpful to quickly do a plan of the existing so that the improvements with the new are more legible.

Great inspiration image. What is the project and its location? How does it compare with your library and the orientation with the sun? What elements can you apply from the inspiration example?

The images indicate fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces, which seems perfect for your library and having a location with relatively mild climate.

This image is really helpful to understand the relative location of the library. It also helps that google note which way is north. Why is that important? The direction of the sun can then be determined, which impacts such things as daylighting, solar heat gain and the systems to control them. There is no benefit to having lots of windows if you have to keep the shades closed.
