Summary

The Brainstorming process actually began from the "Gather Information" stage. From the interviews, I noted that some of the ideas that had been already proposed were:

1) Adding another door
2) Eliminating and/or relocating walls in the food service tenant
3) Eco-Friendly solutions

On April 19, I interviewed Ms. Fieberg, one of the current Biology teachers at Sage Hill School. I knew she would be a good resource for me because of her specialty in environmental studies. She is currently in charge of Savannah's Organic Garden ("Savannah's") at Sage Hill Schol, which is a student/faculty-run organic garden on campus. I interviewed her what Savannah's has accomplished so far, the possibility of a future partnership with the cafeteria, and design ideas for a eco-friendly kitchen.
