Canarsie Park in New York, NY, was a really interesting park to read about because they set it up as almost an independent small recreation center, managing to squeeze in a baseball diamond, tennis and basketball courts, and a volleyball court with a natural walking path surrounding it all. This was a great reference for utilizing smaller spaces and getting the most out of their organization. The ingenious use is certainly something I would like to incorporate into my own project.
