Architect Seven: A Re-design of Mira Loma High School’s Cafeteria

On the right is a picture of the small kitchen while on the left is a picture of the cafeteria lines which are directly in front of the kitchen. The current issues with these lines is that they are not fast enough or big enough for all of our students. After talking to the kitchen staff, I found out how important it is for me to make sure the lunch lines are fast and no long lines are created. I am currently working on figuring out a system of how to create a better flow in the cafeteria. -Ikram Magzoub; Director of Interior Decor.
