The extra room in the back of the cafeteria will be used for storing tables and other objects that will get in the way for events. The open space of the cafeteria can then be used for parties, meetings, dances, and award ceremonies without tables being in the way. It will give the cafeteria a more pleasing look for people attending these events because they will not see folded up tables on the side of the room.

If this area is going to be used for meetings or assemblies of some sort, maybe make more entrances as a crowd would tend to bunch up in the cafeteria if provided only 2 doors - Ryan, Director of Interior Design

We actually made a communication mistake, the space is only for storage. Thanks for your feedback, your idea was really good.

In design, even though a space is meant only for storage, it should be given much thought as the human traffic flow, and the like. I do agree with the comment of Ryan, about the doors. Even if it was not meant for high human traffic, but in case there is an emergency to require additional items coming from the storage, there should be easy access and should provide an easy human traffic flow. I encountered the same issue, when I was helping out my brother-in-law in his renovation of his place at Manly, and it involved storage. As I work in the storage business, my feedback always asked and one thing that I told my brother-in-law was about the easy access to items inside the storage, i.e. ample space to move around and shift things from inside to out.
