The new restrooms have more fixtures than the old one. They are also larger and wheelchair accessible.

Making it wheelchair accesible is fine but I notice that in one bathroom there are six sinks while the other has only three-why the discrepency? Bathrooms get very crowded at lunch and at break especially when everyone is in a hurry and having to wait to wash your hands adds to the confusion.

Miranda, I am pretty sure there are actually 6 sinks in each bathroom. Its just at the angle that the screen shot was taken at you cant see them.

It's great that you guys considered adding additional toilet rooms - and the layout of the rooms seems to work well - but it seems like you just added an addition to the side of the exisitng cafeteria building to accommodate them. how does this addition work within the overall design of the cafeteria expansion? it would be helpful to see some overall views of the project to see how everything your team is doing ties together.

Our final design will be up shortly. It will show the overall design and how our team worked together to come up with the new cafeteria.

The bathrooms are very impressive with the linear organization you gave them. However, from the above diagram there is very little space between the bathroom doors and the cafeteria tables. This may provide a problem since students heading towards their seat may clash with students coming out of the bathroom. Maybe adding caution lines outlinging the space where the door opens to prevent any student on door collisions would get rd of this problem?
